The core version of the Windows 8 system, also known as the WIN8 system, is available for desktop and notebook users as well as for ordinary home users. For ordinary users, Windows 8 is the best choice. Includes a new Windows store, File Explorer (original Windows Explorer), Task Manager, and so on, and includes feature services that were previously available only in the Enterprise/flagship edition. For new markets such as China, Microsoft will provide local language version Win8, Win8 Chinese version. You can start in Safe mode by enabling the features in MSCONFIG:
1. Run MSCONFIG. (from the Start screen, type "MSCONFIG", and then click MSCONFIG.) )
2. Click the Startup tab.
3. Under Startup options, check the Safe boot checkbox.
4. Select the Safe mode type by selecting the option below the "Safe startup" check box.
· Minimum. For standard security mode.
· Other housings. For Safe mode with a command prompt.
· Internet. Security mode for networking.
Click OK, and then restart the computer.
Note: You need to cancel it to return to normal startup mode, or you can run Msconfig.exe from Safe mode with a command prompt.
Note: Pressing F8 or SHIFT+F8 during startup cannot be started in Safe mode, unlike previous versions of Windows. If you cannot enable Safe mode through MSCONFIG, you may need to perform a refresh (refresh) operation.
