Method one, troubleshooting hardware failures
1, first confirmed to connect the mobile phone and computer data cable is not original, because the Shanzhai version of the data cable will cause iTunes can not detect the phone. Some Shanzhai version of the data line can only be used for mobile phone charging, but not with the ITunes connection. If the data line is a cottage, please use the original data to connect the phone and computer.
2, if the data cable is original, or can not detect the mobile phone, then try to connect to the computer side of the USB Jack replacement. It is possible that there is a functional failure or bad contact on the USB port.
Method II, troubleshooting software failures
1, if ITunes prompts "Apple Mobile device not open, can not use this IPhone", as shown in the figure
2, if in this case, please select "My Computer", click the right mouse button and then select the "Management" option, as shown in the picture
3. In the left pane of Computer Management, click Service and the "services" under the application, and then check the "Apple Mobile Device" In the right pane to see if it has been deactivated.
