Win8 System QQ Chat dialog box can not open the link how to solve?

1, press the WIN+X, and then open the Control Panel, as shown below

2, in the Control Panel click the "Program" option (Control Panel view type to be set to category);

3, then click "Set the Default program", the following figure:

4, click "Internet Explorer" → "Select the default value of this program", as shown below

5, in the next window, check "Select All", and then click Save;

6, after the setup is completed, click on the QQ Chat dialog box in the connection can be opened!
