WIN8 system using Metro to beautify the computer icon

Metro apps do not have the right keys-properties-to modify icons as traditional desktop icons do. can only be beautified by modifying the replacement icon file.

Open: C:/Program Files/windowsapps folder, non-admin user cannot open by default, need to get permissions. Windowsapps Folder – Right Key property – Security – Change – Select Users and Groups – advanced – Find Now, enter your current username, such as: Win8 fan, then OK. tab – Select either the Modify or Full Control option – OK.

Next you can open the Windowsapps folder, choose the Metro app you want to beautify, take Metro QQ Music for example: Open/windowsapps/tencentamericallc.qqmusic_1.0.1.24_x64__ Jrzdzdkm2tqyt/images folder, inside you can see the XP system download Metro QQ music icon and landing screen icon and so on.
