The workaround is as follows:
Method One: Not yet upgraded to Win8.1
1, before upgrading the win8.1 system, first uninstall the Intel and AMD display card driver in the Device Manager;
2, after the completion of the above uninstall steps, and then through the application store to upgrade to the windows8.1 system.
Method Two: has already upgraded to Win8.1 and has appeared the boot black screen blue screen problem
1, press and hold "power button" to maintain 5 seconds to support the system shutdown;
2, press "power button" will computer boot;
3, repeat 1-2 steps 3 times;
4, you will see the recovery interface, select the "Advanced recovery Options"---"Troubleshooting";
5, select "Advanced Options";
6, choose "Start setting";
7, click "Restart";
8. Select "5. Enable Safe Mode with network connection";
9, restart will enter Safe mode, the right mouse click "Start Menu" select "Device Manager";
10. Uninstall the Intel and AMD display card drivers in the Device Manager.
