Workaround:

Method One: Not yet upgraded to Win8.1

1. Before upgrading the win8.1 system, uninstall the Intel and AMD display card drivers in Device Manager. The following figure:

2. After completing the above uninstall steps, then upgrade to the windows8.1 system through the application store.

Method Two: has already upgraded to Win8.1 and has appeared the boot black screen blue screen problem

1. Press and hold "power button" to keep the system shutdown for 5 seconds;

2. Press the "power button" to boot the computer;

3. Repeat 1-2 steps 3 times;

4. You will see the recovery interface, select "Advanced recovery Options"---"Troubleshooting" as shown in the following illustration:

5. Select "Advanced Options";

6. Select "Startup Settings";

7. Click "Reboot";
