Win8 What to do if the confirmation window does not display when copying files with the same name

usually, when we copy some files to another folder, if there is a file with the same name under the folder, a confirmation window pops up, prompting the user to choose to replace or skip the file. But the recent user feedback said that the window does not show, how to do ?

The method is as follows:

1, press win+e key to open the Resource Manager, click on the above view option;

2, in the Open Folder Options window, switch to "View" item, uncheck "Hidden folder merge Conflict", click OK.

With the above settings, the confirmation window appears when you copy a file with the same name.
