To do this is very simple, IT administrators will be able to set the start page layout in their mind, such as supporting the use of commonly used Office components, ie browser and desktop fixed on the Start page, as shown in the following figure.
Microsoft says that to export the layout, you can export an XML-formatted file using the following PowerShell command:
PS c:> export-startlayout–as Xml–path contoso-mgmtlayouts$manageduser.xml
You can then access the Group Policy manager, use Win+r, call out the run, and enter Gpedit.msc entry. Select User Configuration > Admin templates > Start menu and Taskbar, and locate the Start Page Layout policy item and configure it to open.
The final step is to link to the export layout file through PowerShell. This way, the start page is completely locked and the user will not be able to make changes to the layout. Ordinary users cannot add new tiles, or delete demagnetization stickers and reorder the tiles.
