Win8.1 How to change OneNote screen capture shortcut keys

3, in the right window, right click on the new "DWORD (32-bit) value (D)", named: "Screenclippingshortcutkey";

4, double click the new key value, modify to 41, will OneNote screen capture shortcut keys to: Win+a key combination.

(So 42 is B, 43 is C, can be set according to your personal preferences)

5, after the completion of the above operation, restart the computer for changes to take effect.
