Win8.1 How to set the DNS server address

First, in the Win8.1 desktop in the lower right corner of the taskbar network icon, right mouse, and then select Open Network and Sharing Center, as shown in the following figure:

Second, after entering the Win8.1 network and Sharing Center, we click on the connected local or wireless connection network name, as shown in the following figure:
