win8.1 installer prompts DllRegisterServer for call failure error code 0x80004005

The error prompts are as follows

Registering dynamic link library DLLs

1. We press the WIN+R in the Windows desktop to open the interface we enter "CMD" and return.

2. Then we open the window to enter Regsvr32 Softpub.dll and then press ENTER to perform.

3. After execution will pop-up prompts DllRegisterServer in Softpub.dll has been successful, indicating successful registration

4. Then we also enter regsvr32 Wintrust.dll and regsvr32 Initpki.dll in the cmd command to register in sequence

To Open the Windows Firewall service project

1. Now we go back to the desktop and right click on "Computer-admin" as shown in the following image

2. In the Management window we click on "Services and applications-services" and then on the right to find "Windows Firewall Services"

3. Now we double-click Windows Firewall service to open the window and click Enable or set to start automatically.
