Before using the Win7, install the virtual machine did not encounter this problem, after changing the win8.1, then install the virtual machine, the following error will appear. No way, just record it.

Solutions

Open or Close programs in Control Panel

Remove the front of Hyper-V and select OK to configure.

Then restart the computer and the problem is resolved.
