Workaround:
1. Set up DNS manually
Right-click the Network connection icon and select Open Network and Sharing Center. Click on the network name now connected, open the Network Status window, click Properties, double-click Internet Protocol version 4 in the Network Properties window, set the DNS server manually to 4 2 2 2 and 4 2 2 1, and then try again.
2, cleaning up the application store cache
Press the Win+r key to enter "Services.msc", go to the Services window, close the Windows Update Service, and locate the SoftwareDistribution folder by address. C:windowssoftwaredistribution the folder, such as SoftwareDistribution1; re-turn the Windows Update Service on. The system will regenerate the SoftwareDistribution folder;
3, reset the application store: Press the Windows+r key, "run" in the input wsreset, determine;
