win8.1 System Open Task Manager list One more program startup item how to solve

1, press Win+r to open the operation, input msconfig and enter, open system configuration;

2, in the General tab to select Diagnostics to start, click OK, and then restart the computer to see if the solution;

3. If you start up faster, that's because there are too many startup items, you can disable unwanted startup items in startup settings.
