1, open the browser---tool-Manage add-ins---see if the Shockwave Flash Object status is enabled, not enable the lower right corner select Enable;
2, open IE browser---tool to confirm whether to open "Active x filter", if the "Active X filter" is turned on, please cancel the check;
If the above method still does not resolve please continue with the following method:
Browser---Tools---Internet options---security---custom levels---disable allow ActiveX filtering;
3, Browser---Tools---Internet Options---advanced---check "use software rendering without GPU rendering";
If the above scenario does not solve the problem please use this method: The possible reason is that the flash.ocx file is corrupted. After we find the cause of the problem, we can fix the problem by fixing the file, please refer to the following steps:
Copy the flash.ocx file of the corresponding system to the C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash folder and the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder.

Note: If the copy file prompts for permission to replicate, we need to obtain owner permission for the folder:
1, press "Windows+x" to turn on the Computer Management, click Local Users and Groups, the group, Administrators, click Add, enter the current account name or Windows Live ID, click OK;
2, the right mouse click to obtain the owner permissions of the folder select Properties, view the Security tab, click Advanced;
3, click on the change next to the owner, enter the account name and click OK and check the replacement child containers and the owner of the object, so that the owner replacement completed.
4, click on the Security tab under the Editor and click Add, enter account name after click OK.
Second, after the replication is complete, press "windows+x" to open the command prompt administrator, and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash or C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\ Flash, and then enter the "Regsvr32 flash.ocx" return, prompted "DllRegisterServer in Flash.ocx has been successful." When you are done, restart your computer to view the Web page with the Flash plugin normally.
