There are a number of ways to set up your computer to make it easier to access, depending on your needs. Everyone works differently, and we offer a number of settings that you can change so that you can use the computer the way you want.
In your computer settings, you can use the most commonly used accessibility options. To use these options, swipe from the right edge of the screen and click "Settings" (or, if you are using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings), and then click or click "Change computer Settings", "easy to use."
Attention
Some of the most commonly used accessibility options are also available in the login screen. Click the "Easy to use" button in the lower-left corner, and then select the desired computer features or settings. These features or settings are available each time you start your computer.
You can also use accessibility settings from your desktop. To do this, press the Windows logo key + U.
Easy to see what's on the screen
To easily view the screen, you can change some of the common settings under ease of use.
Magnifier "This tool enlarges some or all of the content on the screen so that you can see the text and the image more clearly.
High Contrast can be enabled if the screen text is difficult to read because of a low color contrast that requires a higher color contrast.
Other options here you can turn off animations in Windows, resize the cursor, and make other choices to customize the visual experience.
You can also change the size of the application, text, and other items on the screen:
Swipe from the right edge of the screen to the middle, and click Set. (If you are using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.) )
Click or click Computers and devices, and then click or click Show.
Under Change the size of the application, text, and other items on the screen (only for display that supports this feature), make your selections.
You can also change the start screen tile size:
Swipe from the right edge of the screen to the middle, and click Set. (If you are using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.) )
Click or click Tile, and then move the slider under Show more tiles.
Use a computer with no monitor
With narrator, you can interact with a computer without a monitor by listening to the audio descriptions of text, buttons, and videos on the screen.
Make your mouse easier to use
Click or click Mouse, and then select the options you want to use:
Change the color and size of the mouse pointer. You can use these options to make the mouse pointer larger, or to change the color of the pointer so that it becomes more visible.
"Enables mouse keys. "If you are not convenient to use the mouse, you can enable the mouse button so that you do not need to use the mouse." You can use the numeric keypad or arrow keys on your keyboard to move the pointer instead.

If you want to use a computer without a mouse, you can try using Windows Speech recognition, which allows you to use Windows with voice commands
Make typing easier
There are several different ways to make the keyboard more convenient to use. Using keyboard shortcuts is convenient and quick. If you have a touch screen computer, you can type it without an external keyboard. Another way to customize the experience is through keyboard settings.
Click or click Keyboard, and then select the options you want to use:
On-Screen Keyboard if you prefer to use a computer without a keyboard, try using the on-screen Keyboard, which allows you to enter text by selecting characters on the screen.
Sticky keys When you enable StickyKeys, you will not need to press the complex key combination again. For example, you can press a key at one time without pressing Ctrl+alt+del at the same time.
Toggle key Every time you press Caps lock, NUM LOCK, or Scroll lock key, the toggle key will emit a tong bosom friend. These notifications can help prevent inadvertently pressing a key without realizing that the error is caused.
Filter keys If the filter key is enabled, Windows ignores these keys when you press the same key quickly or inadvertently repeatedly press various keys in seconds.
You can also use speech recognition to dictate text or to use voice commands to control your computer.
