Window Server IIS6.0 Deployment WebService request failed to call prompt

A webservice,iis of 6.0 was deployed on a Windows Server 2003 machine, oddly, the server native call WebService succeeded, but the feedback failed on other client calls. What is the specific reason?
After groping, finally found that the version of iis6.0 is too low, on the iis7.0 no problem, when using iis6.0, you need to add a configuration in the WebService Web. config:
