Windows 10 cancels the advanced appearance settings (or the window color and appearance setting), and you want to adjust some parameters only into the registry.
Press Win+r, and then enter Regedit to enter Registry Editor.

IconSpacing, the default value is probably-1125, want to reduce the spacing on the larger, such as-800.
