Then I disconnected the connection which is having blank desktop.
Then in the other connection where I am able to see all icons on desktop I opened Terminal Services Manager.
Here there were, instances running
One is in disconnected status and other Logedin status.
Now for the instance in disconnected status; I right clicked and logged off.

now the problem is Solved   :D  in short, is to create multiple remote links to the machine (has not been connected to the hair also to create multiple, whether directly try), the result really has a link to see the desktop, and then start the Task Manager, the other all off, OK.
