Three To turn on NetBIOS:
1. Click Start, run, run ncpa.cpl, and press ENTER.
2. Right click on the local connection, and then click Properties.
3. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.
4. Click Advanced, select the WINS tab, and select NetBIOS on the start TCP/IP.
5. Click OK.

Another: Remove the network Store Interface service because Windows XP does not have this service.
Or:
1. Check the properties of the local connection the Microsoft network client is installed and if not, click Install to install it.
2. Run the following command line:
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset "C:reset.log"
netsh int ipv6 reset "C:reset.log"
If it still doesn't work, you can also try to turn off Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPV6) on Windows 7.
