When Windows 7 is enabled, plsql logon fails. A blank prompt box is displayed. Solution: Sometimes ORACLE is installed in Windows 7, and the database cannot be connected using cmd plsplus and plsql software. plsql reports a blank prompt box and reinstalls the oracle client n times. Www.2cto.com
The solution is simple. Right-click the plsql icon and run it as an administrator!
If you do not want to keep right-clicking and running the program, right-clicking on the icon --- properties --- compatibility -- check if the program runs as an administrator.
