1. First, use the shortcut key win + R on the remote windows computer to open the "run" window. In the "run" window, enter cmd to open the "command prompt" window;
2. Enter the gpedit. msc command in the "command prompt" window to open the "Local Group Policy Editor ";
3. In the "Local Group Policy Editor", click "computer configuration"> "Windows settings"> "security settings"> "user permission allocation ";
4. In the "user permission assignment" view, find "refuse to log on through the remote desktop service" and double-click it.
5. In the "login through Remote Desktop service denied" attribute window, check whether there are Remote Desktop Users and domain user accounts to be logged on. If so, delete them;
6. In the "user permission assignment" view, find "allow logon through remote desktop service" and double-click it;
7. In the "allow logon through Remote Desktop service" attribute window, check whether there are Remote Desktop Users and domain user accounts to be logged on. If not, add them;
8. For example, here we add a yyy user account (note that the yyy account exists) and click "OK;
9. Then, remotely log on to the host from another host, enter the corresponding IP address, user name, and password, and then click "OK ".
10. At last, you will find that you can log on to the remote host normally. This will solve the problem that you cannot log on.
