As you know, the Windows system with the IE browser after a successful download of a file, SmartScreen function will automatically detect the download file. However, in the Windows 8 system environment, this feature will automatically download the user access to the file information and installed software information, report to the Microsoft Official website database, it is easy to cause the user's important privacy information loss. To prevent the SmartScreen feature of the Windows 8 system from revealing personal privacy, we can temporarily deactivate the feature by doing the following:
First, use the "win+x" function key to invoke the system Access shortcut menu, select Control Panel Command, expand the System Control Panel window, double-click the system and Security, Action Center icon in the window, and switch to the Operations center management interface.
Next, press the "Change Windows SmartScreen Filter Settings" button in this interface, and when prompted about how to handle an unrecognized application, select the "Do not perform any action (turn off Windows SmartScreen filters)" option (as shown in the figure). After confirming, restart the computer system, so that the Windows 8 system with IE browser filters will not easily disclose personal privacy information.
