Solution:

The Metro Camera program has a default aspect ratio of 16:9, and the aspect ratio of 4:3 gives you 5 million pixel photos.

Methods: Open the Metro interface of the camera program, the right side of the menu click Settings, click the option to adjust the aspect ratio to 4:3, as shown:
