netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenaddress=192.168.1.1 (local IP) listenport=8888 (port on this side) connectaddress= 192.168.1.2 (Peer-to-peer IP) connectport=8888 (port port)


Delete Forward

netsh interface portproxy delete v4tov4 listenaddress=192.168.1.1 listenport=8888
