Windows & Eclipse & CDT & MinGW Create a dynamic link library (DLL)

Eclipse CDT + MinGW creates a dynamic-link library (DLL).

1. Create a dynamic link library project

Select: Shared library:empty Project-> mingw GCC

2. Create the exported function
