Windows automatic login and lock screen

Hold down the Win key and press R (WIN+R) to start the Run window;

Windows xp/2003/2008/2008r2 Enter "control userpasswords2" (without quotes) carriage return;
Windows 7 Enter "Netplwiz" (without quotes), carriage return;

In the user account-user interface, cancel the user must enter user name and password (E) check box to use this computer.

Press "OK" button to enter the username and password (and Confirm password) for automatic login in the pop-up "Auto login" window;

Press the OK button to save the settings and automatically log on to this setting to complete.

Then automatically lock the screen after automatic login (xp/win7/2003/2008 R2 are the same):

Click the right mouse button on the desktop, select "New"-"shortcut";

In the Create Shortcut window that pops up, enter%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,lockworkstation (without quotes) in the type the object's position (T) input box;

Press the "Next" button to name the shortcut, such as "lock screen";

Drag this shortcut to (or copy to) start of the Start menu, and the automatic lock screen setting is complete.
