New IP.TXT fill in the IP that needs to be shut down

In addition, the Shutdown object account password must be consistent otherwise very troublesome

Create a new ip.bat under the same directory as Ip.txt

Enter the content:

WMIC command functions such as turning on the service shutdown service and so on are interested to see the relevant information, and then the double quotation marks on the corresponding command can be modified.
