Fault description: After the computer is restarted, the USB keyboard cannot be used, but the USB mouse can be used. In the Device Manager, a yellow exclamation point is displayed on the keyboard device.

Run regedit in the Start Menu
1. Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ class \ {4d36e96b-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
2. Delete the upperfilters item
3. Return to the Device Manager to uninstall the keyboard device and restart the device.
4. Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ class \ {4d36e96b-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} again}
6. Create and add the string upperfilters, and enter kbdclass in the content.
7. Uninstall the keyboard device again and restart it.
If the problem persists, insert the CMD command in the Start menu as administrator and enter "SFC/scannow" in the input software disk"
Please strictly follow the steps above. After performing step 3 (you can see that the exclamation point in the Device Manager has disappeared), you still cannot use it, however, continue with the execution according to the method. After step 7, the test is successful.
