2: Workaround:

Go to the MongoDB installation directory \data\ Delete the Mongod.lock under this folder (users provide a solution, after the experiment seems not good)

mongod.exe --config E:\ruanjian\MongoDB\mongod.cfg --remove

mongod.exe --config E:\ruanjian\MongoDB\mongod.cfg --install

The contents of mongod.cfg are as follows:

##data files
Dbpath=E:\ruanjian\MongoDB\data
 
##Log file 
Logpath=E:\ruanjian\MongoDB\log\mongo.log 

3: Re-open the service

4: Login to MongoDB
