Windows cmd command for changing IP address batch file

A simple command is used to create a text document and edit it:
Netsh interface IP Set address name = "Local Connection" Source = static ADDR = 137.50.95.92 mask = 255.255.255.0 none
Change the suffix to. bat.
Save and exit
Run the command.

There are several differences:
DHCP mode:
Netsh interface IP Set address name = "Local Connection" Source = DHCP
Gateway mode:
Netsh interface IP Set address name = "Local Connection" Source = static ADDR = 137.50.95.92 mask = 255.255.255.0 gateway = 137.50.95.72 1

Command usage:
Set address [ Name = ] <String> [ [ Source = ] DHCP | [ Source = ] Static [ ADDR = ] IP address [ Mask = ] IP subnet mask ] [ [ Gateway = ] <IP address> | none [ Gwmetric =] Integer ]
