The following describes how to disable remote logon in windows2003:

1. Open Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Local Security Policy

2. Security Policy --> Local Policy --> User permission assignment --> refuse to log on through the terminal service, and add the user to prohibit remote access so that the account cannot be remotely
