Windows Driver Development notes

I suddenly found that I had not written a blog for a long time, and I did not write any page views.

Today, I suddenly want to write about my learning experience during this time period to commemorate the years of my youth that have passed when I read code. Because I applied for an innovative school project to create a file transparent encryption system on the driver layer, I had never been in touch with it, so I had to learn it from scratch.

File System drivers include NTFS, FAT32, Network File System, and cd_rom file system. From the very beginning, compiling others' drivers, setting up the debugging environment, and building a driver on your own is a step into the driving door. Then I started to look at the code of Chu's madman in the Cold River Alone fishing system. After reading the cfilter, I had a certain understanding of the basic file filtering driver framework and found that the driver writing was still very complicated. Then I read the minifilter code, which is relatively simple as a whole. Moreover, the file system's micro-filter driver is compatible with XP and win7, and the final solution is to use micro-filter for development, modify the microfilter framework in wdk. Now the general architecture has been designed and officially entered the coding stage, hoping to deliver results as expected. At that time, I will explain it in detail in my blog.
