• Download the Eclipse plugin CDT (online installation): Http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/indigo

After downloading MinGW, you need to download the development package on its own basis.

Right-click on the package to download on the right to select mark for installation--> (left) installation-->apply changes

After the download, you need to configure the environment variables after downloading:

Mingw_home=c:/mingw
Library_path =%mingw_home%/lib
C_include_path =%mingw_home%/include
Added at the end of the path variable;%mingw_home%/bin

then be sure to restart your computer .

After the computer restarts, a new C + + project is started and the approximate structure is as follows (compiled):
