The first case is as follows: the hourglass lasts for 5 seconds during initialization. The actual result is that I double-click to open the application and can't see anything. When initializing and clicking the button, the animated hourglass will appear. this seems to be related to the wince system. some netizens suggested that the window does not process any messages during sleep (5000. I removed sleep (5000); and setcursor (null); from the above function. The Hourglass cannot be displayed normally. so the problem is not here. moreover, the hourglass effect of the same program on win mobile is normal.

So I also want to remove the mouse,
