One: Local without Chinese language pack, need to download

The following are the language packs:

Click the PowerShell icon in the lower-left corner to eject the PowerShell

Enter "LPKSetup.exe" to start installing the language pack

After the popup window, click "Install Display Languages"

Click "Browse ..." to select a language pack

Expand the folder, locate the downloaded Language pack, expand as follows, select LP under ZH-CN, click OK

Show Simplified Chinese, yes, then "next"

Select "I accept the license terms"

2. Press and hold the win+r→ dialog box and enter "Lpksetup" → Click enter.
