Windows Server SNMP Service installation and configuration

Windows Server SNMP Service installs and configures one, Windows XP, or Windows Server20031. Installation Services 1) Open the Control Panel and select ' Add or Remove Programs '

2) Click on the left, ' Add/Remove Windows Components (A) '

3) Select ' Management and Monitoring Tools ' and click ' Details '

4) Select ' Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) ' and click Next after determining

5) Prepare the required files for SNMP, click Browse the folder where the prepared files are located, Note: This process needs to install multiple files, so please browse the folder where the files are located (need to prepare: Lmmib2.dll, Hostmib. DL, Snmpmib. DL_)

2. Configure SNMP1) to open the service

2) Right-click ' Properties '

3) Select ' Safe '

4) Tick ' Send authentication trap ', fill in ' Community name ' and click ' Add ' button

5) Choose to accept SNMP packets from any host and click on ' OK ' ' 5, 62 select '

6) Choose to accept SNMP packets from these hosts "5, 62 Select one"

7) Restart SNMP Service

Second, Windows R21. Installation Services 1) Open ' Server Manager ', select ' Functions ', click ' Add Features '

2) Tick ' SNMP Service ' and click ' Next (N) '

2. Configure SNMP1) to open the service, right-click SNMP Service Select ' Properties '

2) Select ' Safe '

3) Tick ' Send authentication trap ', fill in ' Community name ' and click ' Add ' button

4) Choose to accept SNMP packets from any host and click on ' OK ' ' 5, 62 select '

5) Choose to accept SNMP packets from these hosts "5, 62 Select one"

6) Restart SNMP Service
