Now air has arrived, but the optical drive has not arrived ~~~
How can we install Win ??
First, prepare
1. winclone: this software is the ghost on Mac, used to back up windows on apple.
2. NTFS for Mac: NTFS is read-only and cannot be written on Mac, but it can be done with this software.
These two software
And a Mac with Intel Core
Procedure
1. first, install Win on the Intel Core Mac we have prepared (I won't talk about the installation process). Note that the win format must be NTFS, in addition, we need to install the Mac + win dual system.
2. Go to Mac and install winclone. Back up win.
Select the disk you want to back up in source, and click image.
Note: select the saved path.
3. Next we will move the operation to our air,
First, we use the bootcamp partition on air. There is no special requirement on the size of the partition, as long as we can mount Win XP, OK.
4. Use NTFS for Mac After partitioning. After installation, open the disk tool and format the split win disk into NTFS format (the default is fat)
Only after NTFS for Mac is installed can the disk be formatted as NTFS in the Mac.
5. Copy the previously backed-up windows on another Mac to our air (there is a USB interface on air)
6. Install winclone on the air and run the software to restore win to the ready disk.
Select an image from restore (that is, the backup file copied)
Destination: select the disk to be prepared.
Click Restore
Wait ~~~~~~~~~~ OK
