Windows Live Mail is disconnected once Telecom is started

Symptoms:

After Windows Live Mail is opened, everything works normally. After the email is sent or checked, it is automatically dropped, and the dial-up link icon in the lower-right corner of the desktop does not exist. Even if you do not need the built-in dialing software, you can change it to another one.

Cause:

To save bandwidth usage, Windows Live Mail automatically selects "end after sending and receiving". Therefore, the broadband link is automatically hung up after sending or receiving.

Solution:

In the tool => option => connection =>, there is a "stop after sending and receiving" button. just remove the preceding check box and save it.
