2. Install Vim
Choco Install Vim

5. Installing wget
Choco Install wget

6. Installing Spf13-vim
Choco Install Spf13-vim
Install under Linux
Curl Https://j.mp/spf13-vim3-L > spf13-vim.sh && sh spf13-vim.sh

7. Installing MinGW
Choco Install MinGW

8. Installing Cygwin
Choco Install Cygwin

9. Install Python
Choco Instal python

10. Installing Ipython
Choco Instal Ipython
