Windows Phone Bing lock screen doesn ' t change workaround

The previously used Lumia 925,bing lock screen is replaced every day. The Lumia 930 has been changed over the past few days, syncing account-related settings and discovering that Bing lock screen is no longer changed every day. There are several ways to try restarting, using cellular data, and so on. The following actions are at least valid for reference only:

OS version:windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 (8.10.14176.243)

Extras + info:lumia Cyan

1. Select another lock screen background type, for example: Photo.

2. Exit after Setup is complete, wait 15 seconds or so to switch to Bing type.
