Windows phone7 jailbreak (unlock) allows you to install self-made software (xap package) (expired)

Preparations:

Certificate used for chevronwp7.cer jailbreak
Chevronwp7.exe jailbreak Tool

3. Send chevronwp7.cer to your mobile phone:
1) You can use the certificate as an email attachment and then send it to yourself.
2) You can set up an HTTP server, put the certificate on it, connect the computer and mobile phone to the same WiFi, and then download the certificate from your HTTP server.
Click the certificate and install it.

4. If you have not installed the Windows Phone 7 SDK, import jail. Reg and restart your computer.

Start jailbreak:
1. Connect the WP7 mobile phone to your computer. Zune will automatically run. Make sure Zune is connected to your mobile phone.

2. Click the power button on your phone (unlock the screen) to make sure you are on the WP7 menu interface.

3. Run chevronwp7.exe and click unlock.

The following two errors are common:

Your phone is locked with a pin. Please unlock the phone and try again.
It indicates that the mobile phone is locked. You need to press power and enter the menu interface.

Another point should be particularly emphasized: I had never been successful in jailbreak under xp. I switched two computers and tried all USB ports, finally, I switched to a computer with Windows 7 installed!

If not, make sure that your C:/Windows/system32/Drivers/etc/hosts file is writable.

Check that port 443 is not occupied by other software

 

After the unlock is successful: You can debug your program on your mobile phone. when running the tool, select Windows Phone 7 device. The program in the development tool appears on your mobile phone!
