Work Assignment Description
In the previous project, HT company deployed Windows Server 2008 for HW, and acquired 3 8G (experimental emulated) hard drives, which required the following actions
Project requirements:
1. Upgrade these 3 disks to dynamic disks.
2. Create a simple volume on disk 1 with a size of 10M, formatted as NTFS, and the volume labeled E:
3. After completion, expand the E volume, provided by disk 1 and disk 2 each to provide 10M, the size of the last e-volume of how many m?
4. Draw 15M on disk 2 and disk 3 to make a mirrored volume, set the volume label to f:
5. On disk 2 and disk 3 20M out to do striped volume, set the volume labeled G:
6. On disk 1, Disk 2 and disk 3 each 12M out to do RAID-5 volume, set the volume labeled H:
7. Turn off the virtual machine, remove Disk 3, and add a fast new disk.
8. Start the virtual machine and fix the F volume (RAID-0 volume).
9. Start the virtual machine and fix the H volume (RAID-5 volume).
10. Disk quota operation for "E:" Disks, set the user User1 disk quota of 20MB, and then copy the content greater than 20MB to the D drive to see if it is successful.
Disk Cleanup and defragmentation for disk "F:"
