Here are some new features of Win2016.
1. What is Nested Virtualization ?
, nested virtualization, which uses a virtual machine as the Hyper-V host and then creates the virtual machine in this virtual host. This is especially useful for developing and testing environments. With nested virtualization, you need:
Virtualized Hyper-V hosts have at least 4 GB of RAM
Physical Hyper-V hosts and virtual hosts are running at least Windows Server2016 Technical Preview 4 or WINDOWS10 version 10565
intel® Vt-x Processor (currently nested virtualization only for Intel processors)

for instructions and more details, see Nested Virtualization .
2. What is Production Checkpoints ?
Production Checkpoints , the production environment checkpoint, which is a new feature of Hyper-V in Windows Server 2016.
This feature makes it easy to create point-in-time virtual machine images and can be used for full production-level restores;
Use VSS Shadow copy technology to create a production-level snapshot inside a virtual machine rather than a previously used state-saving technology;
The user experience for creating and recovering checkpoints has not changed, and the recovery checkpoint process is similar to recovering a new backup server.

3. What is PowerShell Direct?
This feature is suitable for emergency management of virtual machines through host hosts when a virtual machine network fails, similar to the network device console mode
A secure way to establish a boundary connection between the Hyper-V host and the guest operating system, either via PS cmdlets or script
Currently supports WIN10/WS2016 host, guest operating system is win10/ws2016 host
No network connection required
No need to configure PS Remoting

4. What is refs?
About 20 years ago, Microsoft announced the new technology file System (NTFS) filesystem, which appeared as part of Windows NT. Since then, NTFS has precipitated many features that might have looked good at the time, but with the advent of cloud computing and the ubiquity of virtualization, new requirements are no longer compatible with the NTFS architecture. As a result, Microsoft is now committed to providing a new file system.
The file system, known as refs or the "Elastic file System", is designed to improve reliability, especially when power outages or media failures occur (such as the aging of the disks). The reliability section comes from the underlying changes, such as the storage and updating of file metadata. The metadata update now uses write-time allocation (allocate-on-write) instead of the previous instant Update method of the combined log.
In addition, refs accelerates the operation of VHDX files by leveraging the advanced features of the Smart file system
