Copy My-huge.ini to My.ini

Backup My-huge.ini to My-huge.ini_bak

Enter the MySQL root account password at the time of installation, enter

Unzip the Php-5.4.4-nts-win32-vc9-x86.zip file

Vii. Configuring IIS to support PHP

Start-Administrative Tools-Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
