Open Control Panel \ programs \ Default Programs, and click "Set Default Programs"
In the list on the right, find Firefox, select
In Firefox, for example, the "set this program as the default" item is generally not in line with our idea, so click the "Select default value for this program" item, select the default file type to open to save
Second, advanced file default open program settings (in. txt, for example)
Currently my computer opens the. txt file by default in Notepad, and I want to use Utraledit to open it, but there is no Notepad or utraledit in the side list of the first diagram, so the method above is not able to be changed.
Open Control Panel \ programs \ Default Programs, and click Associate a file type or protocol with a program
Drop-down to find the. txt (not very difficult to sort by alphabetical order), you can see the current default is open in Notepad, click "Change Program"
Select Utraledit in the popup dialog box and click OK to complete the change
