The command to access the Windows shared folder under the ubuntu command line is:

Mount-t smbfs-o username = windowsusername // windows machine/program files/mnt/localfolder

Windowsusername: Windows User Name

Windows machine: Windows machine name

Program Files: Windows Shared Folder name

Then you can access Windows content under/mnt/localfolder.

Cancel access command: umount/mnt/localfolder
