The general steps for using RegClean are as follows:

Double-click the RegClean icon. A progress dialog box is displayed after RegClean is started. Troubleshooting:

Problem 1: RegClean not only does not solve existing problems, but also introduces new problems.

If this happens, simply cancel the registry modification made by RegClean, you can double-click the latest Undo in resource manager. Reg file to restore the original registry. Problem 2: The Undo. Reg file cannot be used to restore the registry.

After a Windows operating system has been running for a long time, many useless dynamic link library files (DLL) will be accumulated in the system directory (\ Windows ). These files may remain when applications are deleted in the past, and they are no longer used by any existing application in the system. These files occupy disk space in the system directory and prolong the time required by the operating system to search for files, resulting in reduced execution efficiency.
