As shown, the tool will indicate the amount of space that can be emptied, from dozens of M to dozens of G, which is possible.

Reduce virtual memory, or move virtual memory to another partition

Windows will create a virtual memory on the C drive by default, with the file name Pagefile.sys. If the computer memory is larger, the pagefile file will be very large, such as 8G of memory, this file may also have 8G.

The path to modifying virtual memory is as follows:

Computer (right-click) Properties--Advanced system Settings-System Properties (Advanced)--performance (set)--advanced--Virtual memory

Modify

1) Set the C drive to "No paging file", or customize the file size, click the "Settings" button

2) You can create a virtual partition in a different space, click the "Settings" button

3) to click "OK" after the modification, then restart the computer
