Windows Update Download Installation is blocked

1. If a Professional edition is installed, you can log on as an administrator, click the start-Run command, and then enter "Gpedit.msc" in the Run dialog box to return to, and in the Group Policy window that opens, select User Configuration-Administrative Templates-Windows components- Windows Update option, in the right pane, double-click the "Remove Access with all features" option, set it to disabled, and then Exit Group Policy after clicking OK
